Guidelines For Recommendation for Layman of the Year

Of many that are worthy - one man can be selected. To be selected, one must be recommended. Therefore, it is essential that the Layman of the Year Committee receive pertinent, factual data from
at least two (preferably more) recommenders regarding the proposed layman to be honored including, but not necessarily limited to the following:
