The Founder's Award is presented to small churches (under 175 members) based on a weighted score taking into account total registrations, first year registrations and attendance by the church's Pastor. Below is a list of the winners, going back to the first presentation in1980. Small churches are also eligible for competition for the Past President's and President's Awards.
