2013 Retreat Speaker - Rev. Dr. Jeffery Johnson
Rev. Dr. Jeffery Johnson is the newest addition to the Regional Pastors of the American Baptist Churches of Pennsylvania and Delaware (ABCOPAD). His primary geographical region is the Western Corridor. His specialty as a Regional Pastor is working with congregations. In addition to his duties with ABCOPAD, he will continue to serve for 2 to 3 days per month as the National Coordinator of Evangelism and New Church Planting for the American Baptist Home Mission Societies. He has been a Keynote Speaker and a Workshop Leader for our region and has been an instructor in the Outreach Course ad a number of Church Leadership sites across the region.
He has been the Senior Pastor at the North Ten Mile Baptist Church in the Ten Mile Association and most recently the Senior Pastor of the Mount Vernon Baptist Church in Hurricane, West Virginia.
He and his wife, Karen, with their two children, Jonae and Judson have moved to their new home in Western Pennsylvania as he has begun his ministry with ABCOPAD.
He is an exciting and dynamic speaker and we look forward to his presentations in 2013.
